
Each year we evaluate the present and set intentions to manifest well-being in the New Year. In yoga this translates to your practice on and off the mat. We aim to be healthier in body, mind and spirit and know yoga helps bring us into a healthy state of balance. Why not, at the start of 2012, commit to doing yoga every day for 30 days to make the practice an ingrained habit? We are going to make the challenge as easy as possible to stick to.
