Lydia Treen, RYT 500
Lydia was introduced to yoga during her first quarter of college. She went to find her career and instead she found her passion. When asked the question of what she could see herself doing for the rest her life the only answer was yoga. And so the journey began. She received her 200-hour certification through Yoga Works at the Yoga Tree in Fremont in 2007, and has Since continued her education through a variety of different workshops and retreats Lydia’s relaxing classes combine elements of Ashtanga & Iyengar Yoga. Sequences are designed to aid in reducing stress levels, while increasing range of motion and flexibility. Other benefits include improving cardiovascular health, muscle tone, circulation, detoxification and physical as well as mental balance.
Lydia’s goal as an instructor is to help others strengthen the mind, body and soul.
