Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to prepare your body and mind for labor and motherhood while relieving many of the pains and discomforts of pregnancy. Dawn will offer safe modifications of standard poses that will: strengthen the muscles that support a growing belly and a changing body, relieve tension caused by soft and hard tissue changes, and support the body and mind to prepare you for the challenge of labor. This series is appropriate for both the beginner and the experienced practitioner.
