Yoga Nidra is a deeply powerful practice of relaxation, healing and connection with inner truth and wisdom. Practiced in a cozy and supported reclined position, Yoga Nidra is conscious deep sleep that safely and lovingly guides students through the various layers of being (physical, emotional, mental, wisdom and light) to arrive at pure presence, the part of each person that is completely free. Yoga Nidra allows for healing at the deepest levels in a soothing and nurturing way and brings relief and lasting healing to many chronic and acute physical, mental and emotional conditions. Similar to lucid dreaming, Yoga Nidra allows the body and mind to completely rest so students can awaken their inner teacher and access deep wisdom and guidance. Yoga Nidra is a profound experience, the benefits of which continue to reveal for weeks after a session.

In this workshop you can expect quiet moments of reflection and lots of time to simply be. Samantha will guide students through a series of restorative postures to prepare the body for stillness followed by a 45-minute Yoga Nidra meditation. This workshop will end with a journaling practice so all students leave with a reminder of the wisdom that was revealed to them from within. All journaling will remain private.
