Join Anand as he guides you through the essentials of yogic philosophy and ancient wisdoms and makes the teachings applicable to our modern-day understanding. Anand explores the teachings of the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Sutras, Tantric Scriptures and the deep wisdom taught only in oral tradition throughout India. This course addresses specific facets of life from relationships to career, ego to wisdom, karma to dharma and sheds a fresh and expansive light onto daily habits and behavior patterns. The most influential yogi is not the renunciate, but the one who participates in the world with an expanded sense of awareness and love, creating transformation all around.

This course will discuss:
Scriptures: Upanishads, Gita, Sutras, Tantras
Wisdoms taught through oral traditions of India
Question / Answer session

This course is not just a philosophy course with theories and ideas, rather it is an art of living. It is an inquiry into the way we live, from where we live and how we want to live. Above all, yoga is not a state of doing but a state of being, and this state of being can only arise through understanding the wisdom of yoga by tapping into our own wisdom consciousness.
