Laughing Buddha Yoga of Mill Creek is the only vinyasa yoga studio in Mill Creek.  We offer an exciting combination of Vinyasa, Hatha, Power and Gentle yoga classes to Snohomish and King Counties.  An easy commute from Mill Creek, Bothell, Lynnwood, Everett, Snohomish, Edmonds, Kirkland and Bellevue, we offer a variety of class levels to accommodate the needs of all students.  Classes focus on Asana (postures) with attention to alignment, and incorporate basic breath work and meditation techniques.
 
Yoga is proven to lower blood pressure and enxiety levels, reduce stress, aid in sleep, uplift the mood, and oh, so much more! The Postures (asana) of the yoga practice were designed to release toxins fom the tissues, organs and muscles of the entire body as well build strength, flexibility and create suppleness of the spine. Yoga produces anti-aging benefits!
 
Please see class descriptions for the style and level of class that is right for you.  Beginners are in a safe environement to learn, while more advanced practitioners will have ample opportunity to deepen their practice.
 
Laughing Buddha Yoga of Mill Creek is passionate about sharing the healing, balancing, strengthening and restorative benefits of yoga.  We believe that yoga is invaluable in creating and maintaining an overall sense of well being.
 
The Practice Room is Heated 73 to 78 degrees.  A perfect temperature for warming the muscles and ligaments to prepare for deeper postures and building body heat, without overheating or potential for overstretching.
